Welcome to the Accessibility and Inclusive Education Platform!

Jordan University of Science and Technology, through its initiative “Towards an inclusive university community”, is dedicated to providing a stable university community that allows for numerous successful opportunities, academic excellence, and positive values of equality and justice. Our Accessibility and Inclusive Education Platform has been developed, with this in mind, and to manage all aspects related to the inclusion of people with disability into our university community.

Our students, regardless of their ability, are the main element and primary focus in the university, and the inclusive education is a right that has been provided by the Jordanian law for people with disability, number 20 of the year 2017. Thus, this platform is to ensure that JUST is in accordance with this approach.

The Accessibility and Inclusive Educational Platform, affiliated with the Deanship of Student Affairs, is your official pathway for accessibility and inclusive education at JUST. It aims to facilitate students, faculty members, and employees with disability in their right to actively participate in all of the curricular, extracurricular, and social activities in the university.

Through this platform, students with a disability are able to submit a request for accessibility and inclusive education services and assistance. The ability to request such services is now granted under the new official regulations guidelines which were structured based on a comprehensive scientific approach. A specialized committee will then study the request and recommend the type of assistance that the student can receive.  The platform staff will follow the implementation of these approved recommendations at the different courses and schools.
