We are happy to announce the the 1st International Conference on Optimization Driven Architectural Design (OPTARCH2019) that will take place in Jordan in November 2019. This conference is co-organized by The National Technical University of Athens (Greece), Jordan University of Science and Technology, Politecnico di Torino (Italy), University of Cyprus, McGill University (Canada) and Fuzhou University (China).
The purpose of the Conference is to bring together the scientific community working in the broader field of Engineering Optimization and Architectural Design including problems formulation, computational methods and software development. OPTARCH2019 conferences will facilitate the exchange of ideas in topics of mutual interests and will serve as a platform for establishing links between research groups with complementary activities. Thus, the communities of Mathematical Programming and Nature-Inspired Search Algorithms will become more familiar with important application areas arising from Architectural design real-world problems. Moreover, the Architectural Design Community will be exposed to advanced numerical methods and software tools, which can highly assist in tackling combinatorial optimization problems.
By means of the present message, we would like to kindly invite you to participate to the OPTARCH2019 Conference. Please note that all Conference papers will be peer reviewed. Accepted papers will be published in the Conference Proceedings which will be indexed in the Digital Open Science Index, Google Scholar, Scopus, and other index databases. In addition, selected papers will be published in an internationally Scopus journal (The Jordan Journal of Civil Engineering – www.just.edu.jo/jjce).
Please, forward the present invitation to any colleague who might be interested to join OPTARCH2019. All necessary information concerning the Abstract submission process is available at the OPTARCH2019 web site:
including Abstract and Paper submission, as well as Registration.
Hoping to meet you next November 2019 in Jordan,
