The department of pathology and microbiology is unique in its status in the medical school. It has an essential part in basic medical education for medical, dentistry, pharmacy, and allied health students. In addition, it is a clinical department with a complete residency training program and an active clinical practice in the areas of pathology and laboratory medicine at King Abdullah University Hospital.

Our department also provides diagnostic pathology services to the local community and most Ministry of Heath hospitals in North of Jordan.
