Prof. Saeb Khreisat, the university president, met with the Bahraini Military Attaché in Jordan, Brigadier Ibrahim Mohammed Al-Jowder. During the meeting, they discussed means of enhancing cooperation and coordination between the University and the Bahraini military attaché in Amman. They have also discussed a number of issues that concern Bahraini students at the expense of Bahrain Defense Force and King Hamad University Hospital and Mohammed Bin Khalifa Specialist Center.
Dr. Khreisat reviewed the academic level and progress that the University holds at the local, regional and international levels in addition to the international rankings achieved by the University recently that have a positive impact on the quality of the University's outputs, academic plans and programs. He also pointed out that the university's interest in its request is in harmony with the university's philosophy in developing the educational and academic aspects and providing the academic environment suitable for them during their academic journey in the university and developing their individual skills to be the best ambassadors for their countries. He expressed the University's readiness to expand the acceptance of Bahraini students in various disciplines.
Brigadier General Ibrahim al-Jowder, the Bahraini military attaché, stressed the importance of this meeting, which represents a true translation of the brotherly relations between Jordan and Bahrain. He also expressed his happiness at this meeting and the advanced academic level of Jordan University of Science and Technology and the good scientific reputation that qualifies it as the first choice for Bahraini students to study in Jordan.
