Community services

Since 1980, the Faculty has established a good relationship with the pharmaceutical industry in Jordan and is actively participating in improving the quality of their products. Several sponsored research projects have been conducted at our premises.
Members of the Faculty have served as committee members at the Ministry of Health, Ministry of Agriculture, and the Ministry of Higher Education in several areas.
Members of the Faculty are consulted by physicians in cases of plant poisoning.
The Faculty cooperates with Jordan Pharmaceutical Association in conducting lectures, seminars, and workshops through their continous education programs.
The Faculty has established a Drug Information Center in order to provide the students, faculty and community at large with a comprehensive reference for drug use, side effects and drug-drug interaction
The Faculty participates and organizes Free Medical Days on a regular basis.
