General Pharmacology (M 251)

Course Objectives:

1. To study the general principles of pharmacology that enable the students to use the drug properly and safely in their practice.
2. To understand the therapeutic indications, contraindications, toxic effects and drug-interaction of commonly used drugs in clinical practice.
3. To study drugs that are used in emergency cases such as status epilepticus and asthmaticus.
