On behalf of Jordan University of Science and Technology, it is my pleasure to introduce this Center website that highlights the accomplishments and initiatives of Princess Haya Biotechnology Center. 

 
The center is devoted to the advancement and dissemination of fundamental knowledge concerning all fields of molecular biology and its applications in biotechnology.  In addition, research at the center will serve a much needed role in alleviating the substantial suffering of those with genetic disorders through better identification and characterization of the genetic disorders in the Arab world.

Princess Haya Biotechnology Center has made giant strides in pursuit of its goal of excellence in genetics research.  Our faculty members and staff have broken new ground through their research and have also positioned the center for leadership in grants, and national and international collaborative efforts.  The center’s state-of-the-art facilities attract faculty, research associates and talented students from both local and regional academic institutions. 

Furthermore, Princess Haya Biotechnology Center fosters active relationships in biotechnology between the University, government, industry and the private sector.  The University is proud of the depth and breadth of the interdisciplinary research activities that flourish in the center today and we are delighted by the devotion to excellence that has made the center among the best in the region.
