The Health Centre (HC) of JUST which is located in the east corner of Yarmouk University at Irbid city was established in 1983 to provide medical service for students and employees.

In the year 2002, the HC became the first family medicine centre in Jordan. The main mission of HC is to provide excellent, accessible and comprehensive health services to both JUST and Yarmouk University students, employees and their families in addition to people of Irbid.

The HC is a referral centre for King Abdullah University Hospital. It provides a twenty four hour services through out the week. The average number of patients attending the centre is about (200) patients daily.

HC is a teaching centre and is recognized by Jordan Medical Council as a training centre for the residency program of family medicine. The centre is also a training centre for the undergraduate fifth year medical, nursing, pharmacy and paramedical students.
