1st International Nuclear & Renewable Energy Conference

 

 

INREC’10 is the first of a planned series of biennial meetings focusing on the practical aspects of carbon-free energy forms (nuclear and renewables). The meeting covers the synergetic integration of nuclear engineering with electrical power production, coupling to existing power grids and the design of smart grid systems, to intelligent instrumentation and control, and monitoring of processes relevant to radiation safety and nuclear safeguards. Research work addressing other carbon-free energy forms are also welcome. For more details click here.

 

New I.C.E. Technology and its Role on Energy Savings

 

This one day training course introduces the participants to the basic principles of Internal Combustion Engines (I.C.E.), engine components and their functions. It also introduces recent technical developments on engines and their effect on energy savings. For more details click here.
