Jordan University of Science & Technology believes that all faculty and staff members at JUST have the right to experience personal growth and development. The purpose for establishing the Academic Development Center (ADC) in 2004 was to promote Teaching Excellence by creating and enhancing a well-founded teaching and learning environment at the University.

    The ADC offers workshops, mini-courses, seminars, consulting services and resources to faculty members to enhance their teaching methodologies and strategies. The ADC also aims at administering several surveys and evaluation studies to help stakeholders adopt new policies regarding staff development.
