All newly-admitted students wishing to improve their language skills and basic scientific knowledge before registering in their core courses may enroll in this program. The program is, however, compulsory for students sponsored by the Saudi Ministry of Higher Education and the Medical Scholarships Department, who fail to pass the admission tests in English and Computer Science.
