1.General Secondary Certificate

1.1.Original or a copy of the General Secondary Certificate certified by Ministry of Education in Jordan for Jordanian certificates

1.2.Original or a copy of the student's transcript certified by Ministry of Education in Jordan for students who obtained their certificates from other Arab countries.

1.3.For students who obtained other certificates from private schools or from abroad:

1.3.1.For non-Jordanian students: A concordance to the General Secondary Certificate from Ministry of Education in Jordan or an equivalent certificate from an Arab country.

1.3.2. For Jordanian students: A concordance to the General Secondary Certificate from Ministry of Education in Jordan

2.A copy of the Civil Affairs Identification card certified by Department of Civil Affairs for Jordanian students

3.The Military Service exemption book for male Jordanians.

4.A copy of the passport for non-Jordanian students, and proof of citizenship to the Palestinian- student who holds non Palestinian passport

5.Free of communicable diseases certificate approved by the official authorities inside or outside the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.

6. No objection letter from the employees of the armed forces of the Jordanian students.

7.Three passport-size photos.
